I’m Yisroel, Hi!

My grain journey started in 2011 when I sowed my first plot of wheat in Goshen, NY.

Because it was my first time growing for matzo production, I wanted to make sure I fully understand all the complexities of growing Passover grain.

This brought me to study Jewish law, where I came across a reference to a food I had never encountered.

My interest was piqued and I soon began roasting wheat in every-which way until I found a method that yeilded the tastiest results.

Visitors to the farm have been begging me for years to make my Kloyes™ snack available commercially, so I finally did it.

I am proud to bring a sugar and oil free snack rooted in tradition to a market crowded by unhealthy options rooted in factory mass production.
